Learn Reiki for yourself and your family in this 2 day workshop
About Reiki 1
Julie Anderson & Stephanie Hunt run the Reiki workshops which are based on teachings from the traditional Japanese System of Reiki.
No prerequisites are necessary.
The Reiki Level 1 course is designed to offer teachings on how to heal yourself so that you experience a life of peace and joy.
On a Reiki course you will:
• Learn about the 3 energy centers of the Japanese system
• Learn precepts (instructions on how to live a life of peace and joy)
• Learn meditation techniques
• Learn the history and the principles of the Usui Ryoho Reiki system
• Learn about the benefits of Reiki and its uses
• Receive Reiju (energy blessing)
• Receive individual and ongoing support where needed
• Achieve Level 1 certificate

Reiki 2 Workshop
Become a Reiki practitioner with this 2 day workshop.
About Reiki 2
Julie Anderson & Stephanie Hunt run the Reiki workshops which are based on teachings from the traditional Japanese System of Reiki.
Reiki 1 is a prerequisites to attending Reiki 2 workshops.
Reiki Level 2 will teach techniques that allow you to offer Reiki energy healing to others in your life.
On a Reiki course you will:
• Learn energy symbols and mantras
• Experience giving and receiving hands-on treatments
• Receive Reiju (energy blessing)
• Receive a Reiki 2 manual
• Receive individual and ongoing support where needed
• Receive training on becoming a practitioner
• Achieve Level 2 certificate
